PRUNES IN CHOCOLATE

Ingredients: ·          chocolate 200 gr ·          prunes pitted 350 gr ·          walnuts to taste Preparation: Cooking Time — 25 minutes 1 Melt the chocolate in a water bath. 2. While the chocolate is melting, do prunes. In each berry in place, insert the walnuts suitable size. 3. In a completely melted chocolate should be no lumps. The chocolate (optional), you can add a few drops of vanilla essence and a small pinch of cayenne pepper. 4. Dip the prunes in melted chocolate. 5. Carefully remove the candy using two forks or toothpicks and place on a plate, pre-greased with butter. Put in the fridge and wait until the chocolate hardens.

CARROT CAKE

Ingredients: ·          heavy cream 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp ·          grated carrots 1/3 cup ·          flaxseed 1/4 cup ·          coconut flour 2 tbsp ·          liquid stevia 1/2 tsp. ·          baking powder 1/4 tsp. ·          allspice 1/4 tsp. Preparation: In a small bowl whisk together the eggs and cream. In another bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Prepare two ceramic molds for the filling of the test. Spread the batter evenly in 2 forms. Cook in the microwave for 2.5 minutes. Give baking to cool, lubricate fatty cream and connect together.

BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN WITH BEEF AND CHEESE
